Return Policy

Please contact us before making any returns. Do not send your package unauthorized (no RA number or email authorization).

When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or ask for a refund. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our customer support before returning an item.

Shelby's Line reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 30 days of purchase, either for refund or exchange.

  • These includes items that do not fit. 
  • All returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and must not be altered, damaged or stained in any way.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • This policy does not cover wholesale orders.
  • Additionally, for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns for either refund or exchange on swimwear items.
  • To return an item please contact us for a return authorization number (RA number), and write that number on the outside of your return package.
  • If you return an item to Shelby's Line without first being issued an RA#, your purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of refund.
  • Return address will be emailed to you together with your RA# upon contacting our support.

Refused Packages

  • Any customer who refuses delivery of an undamaged product will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order (including original and return shipping charges). The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties. If for the customs duties reason refusing delivery ,We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Note:

  • Returns for exchange will be processed free of charge, while returns for refund will require a handling & processing fee of $12.95 per item, this will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 
  • Refunds for overnight and international shipping are not refundable.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

  • The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before you place an order.  If you buy the wrong size, the returning shipping fee will be on your own cost. Items with an actual measured size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the size chart on our website are considered to be allowable. Please send the clear pictures to show the correct size of the item(s) received. Errors of less than 2 cm are not grounded for a refund.

Color Mismatch

  • Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

The Item Returned to the Wrong Address

  • We have only one returning address. So if you return the item(s) to the wrong address without our permission, you are not expected to ask for the refund for the returning package(s). Please contact our Customer Service before you return.

If you have not received your refund or exchange please contact us urgently so we can resolve this matter.
